solid silver jewelry is waterproof but should not be exposed to saltwater, chlorine, chemicals, or fragrance. it’s natural for sterling silver to oxidize over time, so each item is shipped with a complimentary polishing cloth and can also be gently washed with dish soap and a soft toothbrush in case shine must be restored.

Minimally worn pieces can be exchanged for a full refund to your original payment method within 2 months of receiving the item. I do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time. I also do not offer refunds for custom jewelry with the exception of shipping damage + other unexpected events.

I make every piece by hand rather than outsourcing to overseas manufacturers or reselling designs bought from wholesalers. handcrafted jewelry requires an immense amount of time and labor - a single ring generally takes a week to make!

the material cost of silver casting grain is around $2/gram. my pieces are solid silver rather than silver-plated, which greatly increases long-term durability but also increases production costs. pieces that additionally incorporate semi-precious stones or high-grade freshwater pearls will also be more expensive.
